Municipality Cost Sharing Program

Over the past few years, Conserve Nova Scotia partnered with municipalities and community groups provincewide to help them purchase energy efficient light emitting diode (LED) holiday lights for public displays and Christmas tree lighting ceremonies. Under the program, Conserve Nova Scotia paid half the cost of LED holiday lighting for pre-approved public displays by municipalities and community groups.

Program participation was approved on a first -come, first-served basis while funding remained.
